At Rangshung, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any genuine reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request an exchange within 5–7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are only accepted for unused and unworn items with original tags and packaging intact.
We encourage our customers to check the size chart before placing an order. However, if the size does not fit, you may request an exchange provided the item has not been worn, washed, or altered. In such cases, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Items purchased on sale or discount are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
After the 5–7 day exchange window, no requests will be entertained.
